Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of COMIS, the Hotel Social Engine platform available at comis.in (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

COMIS is a software-as-a-service platform that helps hotels plan, generate, review and publish marketing content to Facebook and Instagram. Content is generated with the help of AI and is published only after a human at your property approves it.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the hotel or business you register.

The Service is offered on paid monthly subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle through our payment partner, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee for each cycle until you cancel. Prices and plan allowances are shown in the app and may change with notice. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or violates platform rules;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or property;
• interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
• use the Service in a way that breaches Meta's or any third party's terms.

You retain ownership of the brand assets, images and information you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every piece of content before it is published; nothing is published without your approval.

The Service integrates with third parties including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Razorpay, and AI providers used to generate content. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
