This Privacy Policy explains how COMIS (the Hotel Social Engine platform at comis.in, "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

• Account details — your name, work email, hotel name and role.
• Brand & property data — the information you provide about your hotel (amenities, photos, voice, website) used to generate content.
• Connected social accounts — tokens/identifiers needed to publish to your Facebook and Instagram accounts, stored encrypted.
• Payment information — processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details; we retain only transaction records (amount, status, reference).
• Usage data — logs about how the Service is used, for security, support and improvement.

We use your information to:

• provide, operate and secure the Service;
• generate, review and publish content on your behalf and with your approval;
• process subscription payments and send billing and service notices;
• provide customer support and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards, including:

• Meta Platforms — to publish content to your Facebook/Instagram accounts;
• Razorpay — to process subscription payments;
• AI content providers — to generate images, video and captions from the brief you supply;
• Cloud hosting & communication providers — to host the Service and deliver notifications.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional processing, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to sell your data.
