Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your COMIS subscription at any time from within the app under Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@comis.in from your registered address. No long-term contract or lock-in applies.

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which the subscription ends and no further charges are made.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current cycle's fee. Any refund of the current cycle is governed by our Refund Policy (for example, the first-subscription window or duplicate charges).

If a renewal payment fails, we may pause publishing for your account until the payment is completed. Your data and drafts are retained during this period so you can resume by renewing.

After cancellation, your content and settings are retained for a limited period so you can reactivate easily. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@comis.in, as described in our Privacy Policy.
